Working together to promote shooting sports, game bird production, and South Dakota as the premier wing-shooting destination.
SDSHA History
The South Dakota Sport Hunting Association (SDSHA) was founded as the Private Hunting Operators and Game Producers of South Dakota on April 2, 1986. During the 1990s, the name was changed to the South Dakota Game Bird Association (SDGBA). On June 27, 2006, the members voted to change the name to the South Dakota Sport Hunting Association (SDSHA). SDSHA represents preserve operators, game bird producers, commercial hunting lodges, and businesses associated with the hunting industry in South Dakota and throughout the region.
